My APC-R doesn't show up in the iPhone app

If the Middle Setup app shows "No APC-R Detected" and doesn't list your unit, work through these checks:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone (required for APC-R discovery).
  • Update the Middle Setup app to the latest version via the App Store.
  • Connect the antennas to the APC-R. (The APC-R Mini has a built-in antenna and doesn't need external ones.)
  • Make sure the APC-R is powered on — the LED next to the USB port should be lit.
  • Move your phone closer to the APC-R / APC-R Mini.
  • Force-quit the Middle Setup app (swipe up) and open it again.
  • Disconnect and reconnect power to restart the APC-R, then try again.
