New Features
- Adds support for the Canon EOS R1, R5 II, R6 III, R6 V and R50 V (requires the latest camera firmware)
- Adds support for a further 21 Canon bodies over CCAPI — EOS R3 / R5 / R6 / R6 II / R7 / R8 / R10 / R50 / R100 / RP, EOS M50 II / M200 / M6 II, EOS 90D / Rebel T8i / Rebel SL3 / 1D X III, and PowerShot SX70 HS / G5 X II / G7 X III / V10. Canon ships CCAPI dormant on these: activate it once per camera with Canon's CCAPI Activation Tool, over USB, using a free Canon Developer Community account.
- Adds an All Cameras mode on the Presets page: slots A1 – A12 save a snapshot of every connected camera and APC-R at once, and recall them all simultaneously
- Adds Advanced Recording Settings (Pro) — remaining recording time, recording slot selection, frame rate / resolution / bitrate, and remote media formatting. Available features vary by camera.
- Adds control of Blackmagic HyperDecks and ATEM recordings (Pro), with media slots, file format, filenames and more
- Adds the option to start recording and read the remaining recording time from the Live View
- Adds support for Basic authentication on Canon EOS cameras
- Adds Angle / Speed / ECS shutter modes to the Live View picker for the Sony FR7, BRC-AM7, FX6, FX9, Z200, Z300 and Z380

Utility App Updates
- New Middle Updater 3.3.0 app: factory-reset any APC-R or APC-R Mini, and update or downgrade its firmware
- New Middle Setup app for iOS to adjust APC-R and APC-R Mini settings on the fly — Camera ID, IP address, Wi-Fi, tally brightness, quick camera/gimbal control, endpoints
- New Middle Setup app for Android now available on the Google Play Store
- Set a password on the unit to block unauthorized access from Middle Setup
