Middle Things sells both to businesses and to consumers; nothing on this page limits any statutory protection that applies to you — including, for consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and, for all buyers, the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés) under article 1641 of the Civil Code.
