Don't see your role?
We'd still like to hear from you.
We hire when we find people we can't afford to miss, not on a fixed calendar. If you are passionate anywhere in the intersection of video production, design, systems engineering, or live production, send us a short note — what you've built, what you're proud of, what you'd like to work on next.
We read every single email. We won't reply with a templated "we'll keep your CV on file" — if we think there's a match, we'll come back to you with a real conversation.
What we look for
Areas of Interest
-
Hardware / Embedded
Location: Paris Area, France
Firwmare / STM32 / ARM / FPGA, CANBUS, real-time scheduling, low-power radios. Most of our hardware ships at the edge of what those chips can do — comfort with precision timing work is a plus.
-
macOS Swift / AppKit
Location: Paris Area, France
Middle Control is a real-time, native Mac OS app. We care about minimizing latency on input devices, high quality, and a UI that holds up on a long shoot. If you love building Mac OS apps, contact us!
-
Broadcast video engineering
Location: Paris Area, France
SDI / Fiber / IP / NDI / SRT / SDKs / Camera protocols. If you've debugged a 12G signal at 2 a.m. in a truck, we want to know.
-
Industrial Design + Mechanical
Location: Paris Area, France
If you're passionate about designing beautiful hardware that can survive a tour. Design-for-manufacture experience required.
Ready when you are.
Send a CV, a portfolio, a link to a GitHub repo, a Demoreel, a video of a rig you built — whatever shows your work best. A short explanation of what you'd like your next two years to look like helps a lot.
